Uasin Gishu County has six sub counties namely: Moi Ben Sub-county, Kesses Sub-county, Kapseret Sub-county,Turbo Sub-county, Ainapkoi Sub-county, Soy Sub-county. EFFECTS OF COVID 19 ON PROPERTY IN UASIN GISHU COUNTY.

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic in Kenya, the Government   and the Ministry of Health has put in place various directives such as; social distancing directives, travel restrictions, curfews and lock downs in some counties. This has directly affected the different property sectors. As a matter of fact, the Pandemic has greatly hit down Hospitality sector in Uasin Gishu County. Other property sectors that have been affected in this county are; Residential sector, office sector, retail sector and lastly, construction sector. Hospitality sector.
