The government is in the process of cleaning all title deeds to ensure they have corresponding geographical coordinates. This is in what President Uhuru Kenyatta says is part of his administration’s efforts to stop land fraud. For the last eight years projects have been undertaken starting form the business projects to residentials to recreationally projects. Am going to talk about three of those projects.
