Birir noted that the township roads will be improved to make the place conducive for business.

"Bodaboda shades, the opening of roads, lighting are among other sectors that we have scheduled to be worked on so that this town becomes active on matters business and creation of employment," said Birir.

ICT, Trade and Industrialization CECM Dr. Emily Kogos on her part said the growth of townships will culminate in wealth creation adding that the County's economy will grow.

"Moisbridge town is among top county revenue contributors and the need to develop it alongside other townships is of great importance," added Kogos.

Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago had hinted of his administration’s plans of injecting close to Ksh.10m to the project months back when he officially opened six market lock-ups sitting in the market site.
