New Road Projects in Langas, Kapsoya, and Kiplombe: Where to Buy Land

The County Government of Uasin Gishu is implementing a number of road projects in various parts that seek to enhance connectivity and ease the movement of people and farm produce to the market.

Kiplombe and Kapsaos Wards – Turbo Sub-County

Jerusalem-Chebarus road construction works are complete while there are ongoing works for the improvement of the Kabyemit-Kapkaben road – currently at 90 percent complete with 10 culverts installed so far.


There is also a megaproject ongoing – for the construction of 64 stadium – now at excavation level. The stadium is designed to be of international standards and costs up to Ksh1.2 billion.

Langas and Kapsoya wards – Kapseret and Ainabkoi Sub Counties

Within Kapsoya, a team from the Department of Roads, Transport, Energy, and Public Works recently handed over drainage and graveling works projects to contractors for implementation which included Silas - Ilula and Cyrus roads whose construction is being implemented under RMLF projects.


They also handed over Munyaka B Estate and Samar roads.

There is also construction works for Kisumu Ndogo-Cherunya Road (Block 1).
