Even though the town, which is the capital of Uasin Gishu County does not have many skyscrapers, there are a few worth mentioning.

5. National Bank

This is a building that houses the National Bank, Eldoret branch among other offices. It is located next to the Uasin Gishu County Government headquarters – along the Uganda Road, and is at the centre of a controversy over the county’s plan to purchase it at a cost of over Sh500 million.
