Kapseret

We previously mentioned that Kapseret estate is not ideal for residential buildings, as most of those already in place are empty. However, the estate located along the Eldoret-Kapsabet road is ideal for an individual looking for a place to build a home.

Price for land in this estate varies – depending on the location and proximity to the tarmacked road. You can get three points of land in Kapseret estate for as low as Sh800,000.


Royalton, Annex, Outspan

These are estates located along the Eldoret-Nakuru highway. Most of the plots along the road are prime land, suitable for a business investment like commercial buildings and also residential as the area has a high demand for housing – partly because of the Moi University School of Law campus.

Aside from being ideal estates for rentals, Royalton, Annex and Outspan also have pieces of land ideal for setting up a home.

Maili Nne

Apart from being among estates in Eldoret town that are ideal for residential buildings, Maili Nne estate, on the western part of the town is also a good place for home.

Price for a 1/8 prime land ranges at a figure around Sh1 million.
