Major Estates In Eldoret Town
Eldoret municipality has a 15km radius that spans from the CBD to Maili Nne along its western boundary. To the north, the municipality spans up to rock centre along Iten road to Kenmosa to Royalton (outspan) to Kapseret to Kipkaren to Kapyemit. The municipality is headed by a board that oversees its activities which is mainly maintaining public parks in town, collection of garbage and maintaining the town infrastructure. Annex
This is one of the fastest-growing estates in Eldoret municipality. The rise of Annex if attributed to the establishment of Moi University’s’ school of law in the area. Pioneer area is one of the major estates in Eldoret. It is home to many middle-class people who work and own businesses in Eldoret town. Pioneer is characterized by an ever-increasing number of apartments and one can easily compare it to Nairobi’s Jamhuri estate.
