Major Estates In Eldoret Town
Eldoret municipality has a 15km radius that spans from the CBD to Maili Nne along its western boundary. To the north, the municipality spans up to rock centre along Iten road to Kenmosa to Royalton (outspan) to Kapseret to Kipkaren to Kapyemit. Annex

Pioneer area is one of the major estates in Eldoret. It is home to many middle-class people who work and own businesses in Eldoret town. Pioneer is characterized by an ever-increasing number of apartments and one can easily compare it to Nairobi’s Jamhuri estate.
